He had his first Executive Chef position at age 21. He opened the famed ‘Catch’ restaurant and also Bond ‘45’. He was also with ‘Del Posto’ for 10 years as their Banquet Chef where 12 million dollars a year was spent solely on banquet dining alone. This brought a wealth of knowledge not only in cuisine but in volume as well. Lastly Chef Brown was Davio’s corporate chef which brought another layer of experience to his already impressive resume. Chef will pair wines for you, prepare the freshest and best produce, meats and fish that are in season to create an experience you will never forget.
