ABOUT OUR SPACE...

Hunt & Fish Club boasts an impressive space at 9,000 square feet in Midtown Manhattan, making it the ideal location to host events for any and all occasions.

In order to achieve its classic-meets contemporary aesthetic, acclaimed artist Roy Nachum collaborated with respected design firm Studio Iyor to translate the restaurant’s ideals of refinement, elegance, & timelessness to its reality. The space features several of Nachum’s original works and its 185-seat dining space is forged of fifty-thousand pounds of marble.

The restaurant’s entryway, featuring one of Nachum’s original paintings from his collection, is lofty and mysterious, aptly named, the “Black Room”. The adjacent dining room, the “White Room”, is open and ethereal, displaying two more of Nachum’s works from two separate collections, as well as the restaurant’s dazzling pièce de résistance, a 40x20 foot reflective light installation. Finally, the “Blue Room” and the “Green Room” are reserved for private dining events... offering an intimate and elegant atmosphere.

We will customize an event for any occasion to suit your specific needs;
Hunt & Fish Club offers a wide variety of catering options to choose from including:
- Full Open Bar Service

- Cocktail, Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch & Dinner Menus

 


Booking Special Events

For Private Dining & Cocktail Reception Events we recommend a minimum 72 hours notice. A
credit card deposit is required to hold any reservation in our private dining rooms
Per person pricing does not include tax (8.875%) and suggested optional gratuity (18%) or
administrative fee (7%). Clients wishing to pay with a credit card are subject to a 3.5% fee
There is a $5 per person dessert plate fee for client’s wishing to bring their own desserts and a $60
per bottle cork fee for bringing their own wine to events.

 


Deposits & Cancellations


Hunt & Fish Club requires a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost of the event to book the
reservation. All cancellations must be made48 hours prior to date of function, either by fax or
written notice to avoid penalty. If the contract is breached, Hunt & Fish Club reserves the right to
retain the deposit.

 


Food & Beverage Menus


Due to seasonal availability and market cost fluctuations, we reserve the right to change menus
items and pricing without prior notice. We will always do our best to accommodate and we will
make all efforts to offer a suitable alternative.

 


Service Staff


Hunt & Fish Club offers professional and uniformed staff including Security, Captains, Servers,
Bartenders, Coat Check Persons, Garde Mangers & Banquet Chefs

 


Equipment Rental


Hunt & Fish Club can arrange for the rental of all the special request equipment you may need for
any event including: Tables, Glassware, Plates, Linens, Chafing Dishes, etc...

Hunt & Fish Club is an easily accessible location in Times Square with nearby subway.
There is a parking garage located across the street and several others along W44th Street and on
adjacent blocks. There is very limited street parking in the area, so please allow enough time if
planning to drive.
